Abloh, who was born in Rockford, Illinois, understands the profound cultural impact Michael Jordan has had on the Windy City. The shoe is based on the original "metallic black" color scheme and incorporates Off-White's iconic deconstruction and reshaping style. The middle part and collar of the sneakers are made of translucent fabric and hollow design, making the inner structure of the shoe clearly visible. The iconic Off-White text elements on the inside of the sneakers show the specifications of the shoes and the birthplace of Beaverton.
